Sergii Boyarchukov
Managing Partner, Head of the Legal Department
Sergii Boyarchukov is a leading legal expert with over two decades of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and cross-border investment advisory.
Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor for multinational corporations, investment funds, and public institutions operating in complex and evolving legal environments.
He has successfully led legal structuring for a wide range of international ventures in sectors such as energy, telecommunications, infrastructure, agriculture, and finance. Sergii’s deep understanding of both domestic Ukrainian legislation and international regulatory frameworks enables him to develop tailored legal strategies that minimize risk and ensure operational clarity for clients doing business in Ukraine and the broader Eastern European region.
As Managing Partner and Head of the Legal Department, Sergii oversees all legal operations, manages strategic client relations, and mentors the next generation of legal talent within the firm. His approach combines legal precision with a pragmatic understanding of business and geopolitics, making him a key partner in high-stakes negotiations and strategic decision-making.
Svitlana Kolomiiets
Co-Founder, CEO, AB Impact
Svitlana Kolomiiets is a dynamic and strategic leader with over 15 years of experience across government, legal practice, and international development.
She leverages her deep expertise in public administration, regulatory reform, and international cooperation to drive transformative investment and recovery initiatives in Ukraine.
Before founding AB Impact, Svitlana served as Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine (2015-16), held multiple high-level advisory roles for Ukrainian ministries and agencies, including the Ministries of Infrastructure and Environment, the State Agency for Restoration, and the Kyiv City Administration. In these roles, she supported large-scale reform efforts and coordinated over 25 international assistance projects.
Pier Francesco Zazo
Rome Office Director, AB Impact
Pier Francesco Zazo, former Italian Ambassador to Ukraine, heads the AB Impact office in the EU. A career diplomat with nearly four decades of service, he brings deep expertise in international cooperation, trade diplomacy, and geopolitical affairs.
As Ambassador to Ukraine from 2021 to 2023, he played a visible role in strengthening bilateral ties and supporting Ukraine’s European course during a critical historical period.
At AB Impact, he leverages his diplomatic background to align European investment initiatives with Ukraine’s recovery strategy, working closely with institutional partners, international donors, and private investors across the EU.
Sergii Boyarchukov Jr.
Deputy Director of European Affairs
Sergii Boyarchukov Jr. is a specialist in European policy, international cooperation, and institutional engagement. With a strong academic foundation in political science and European studies, he combines analytical expertise with hands-on experience in multilateral project development and cross-sector stakeholder alignment.
He has contributed to numerous initiatives focused on EU integration, democratic development, and civil society empowerment, working closely with think tanks, NGOs, and intergovernmental organizations. His portfolio includes research on EU institutional dynamics, regional diplomacy, and the role of youth leadership in foreign policy formation.
Olha Buslavets
Energy Expert, Former Minister of Energy of Ukraine
Olha Buslavets is one of Ukraine’s most recognized experts in energy policy and reform. With over 20 years of professional experience in the energy sector, she has held leadership roles at the national level, culminating in her appointment as Minister of Energy in 2020. During her tenure, she led critical reforms aimed at liberalizing Ukraine’s electricity and gas markets, enhancing energy security, and aligning national policy with EU energy legislation.
Olha is known for her deep understanding of both regulatory frameworks and technological transformation in the energy sector. She has actively contributed to the development of decarbonization strategies, green energy transition, and integration of Ukraine’s energy system with the European Network of Transmission System Operators (ENTSO-E).
